3-4 Yrs Head - F&B role in Food Processing

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - F&B to lead our food and beverage operations in Surat. This role is crucial for driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and managing the end-to-end F&B lifecycle within our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to bring a unique scientific perspective to food product development and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage production, including formulation, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Develop and implement new product strategies, aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, food safety regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., FSSAI).
- Manage R&D initiatives, focusing on product innovation, shelf-life extension, and nutritional enhancement, utilizing principles of pharmaceutical science where applicable.
- Lead and mentor a team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new products and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies in food processing and pharmaceutical sciences relevant to food products.
