Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Legal Liaisoning professional with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for facilitating seamless communication and coordination between our legal department, external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders within the Iron & Steel industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to understand complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translate them into actionable insights for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all legal and regulatory liaison activities.
- Coordinate and manage communication with government agencies, legal firms, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and compliance reports.
- Conduct research on land acquisition, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals relevant to the steel industry.
- Monitor changes in legal and regulatory landscapes and provide updates to relevant teams.
- Support in dispute resolution processes and ensure timely filing of documentation.
- Organize and maintain legal records and databases.
- Translate complex legal requirements into visual aids or simplified explanations to aid understanding across non-legal teams, utilizing B.Des skills.
- Assist in contract management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
