3-4 Yrs Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our new beverage-focused establishment in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and strategic thinking skills, honed through an LLM education, to drive profitability, enhance customer experience, and manage all aspects of the restaurant. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the beverage and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant to achieve business objectives, utilizing analytical skills derived from LLM studies.

- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies, menu engineering, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Oversee the beverage program, including sourcing, selection, pricing, and staff training on product knowledge.

- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to foster a high-performing team and ensure excellent customer service.

- Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and implement cost-control measures.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
