We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tamil Teacher with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for teaching and language. This role involves imparting Tamil language and cultural knowledge to our diverse workforce, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging Tamil language lessons tailored to adult learners from various backgrounds.
Design curriculum and teaching materials, incorporating modern pedagogical approaches.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
Organize cultural activities and events to enhance understanding and appreciation of Tamil heritage.
Collaborate with HR and internal communication teams to promote language learning initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
