Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty member to contribute to our internal training and development programs. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-4 years of experience in the water treatment or waste management sector who hold any postgraduate degree. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting workshops, and sharing practical insights to enhance the skills of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and presentations on various aspects of water treatment and waste management, tailored to the experience level of the participants.

Facilitate interactive workshops and group discussions to encourage active learning and problem-solving.

Share practical case studies, industry best practices, and real-world challenges faced in the water treatment/waste management sector.

Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessment tools, as needed.

Evaluate participant learning and provide constructive feedback.

Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the water and waste management industry.
