3-5 Yrs CSR Coordinator/Associate role in BFSI

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a dedicated CSR Coordinator/Associate with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma, to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company values and strategic objectives. This role involves extensive coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful CSR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs across various focus areas such as education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
- Coordinate with NGOs, community leaders, and other partners to facilitate project implementation and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Monitor project progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on CSR activities, impact, and budget adherence for management review.
- Organize and manage CSR events, workshops, and awareness campaigns, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of CSR initiatives, donations, and volunteer activities.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners and beneficiaries to ensure compliance with HDFC Bank's CSR policies.
- Support the communication and promotion of CSR achievements through internal and external channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to integrate CSR activities into broader company initiatives.
- Stay updated on CSR best practices, relevant legislation, and emerging trends in the Indian context.
