Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Management Consultant. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements within our Auto Components business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. This position is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic recommendations for business growth and market expansion within the auto components sector.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, and sales, to drive project success.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and outcomes.
Support the development and execution of new business models and operational frameworks.
