Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated 3rd Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Indian operations. The 3rd Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various machinery and systems within the pulp and paper manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading international pulp and paper company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of plant machinery and equipment, including pulp digesters, paper machines, and auxiliary systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and equipment performance, identifying deviations and reporting issues to senior engineers.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities to diagnose and resolve operational problems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operations, maintenance activities, and equipment status.
- Support senior engineers in project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
