3rd Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient 3rd Engineer to join our engineering team at our Kochi location. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have 1-4 years of experience in a relevant engineering or technical role. This position involves supporting the operational efficiency and maintenance of our critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects within the BFSI domain.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting all interventions and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, coordinating procurement as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Support in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
