Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Engineer to join our growing consumer electronics and appliances manufacturing team. The 3rd Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various production machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of production lines and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and production data.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians on process improvements and new product introductions.
- Support in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
