Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating import and export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Track shipments and communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new trade opportunities and suppliers.
- Support in financial reconciliation of import/export transactions and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant trade regulations, tariffs, and legal requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement) to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and market trends.
