We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Engineer to join our Beauty & Personal Care division in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain practical experience in the dynamic beauty industry. The 3rd Engineer will support the engineering and operations teams in ensuring the smooth functioning of production, packaging, and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.
- Support the implementation of new engineering projects and process improvements.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Learn and apply engineering principles in a practical manufacturing environment.
