3rd Engineer - Import & Export (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Engineer to join our dynamic Import & Export team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with practical experience and a strong understanding of operational processes within the import and export domain. You will assist in the smooth execution of daily operations, documentation, and coordination, contributing to the efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day import and export activities.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import and export regulations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Support in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Conduct basic market research related to import/export trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
