Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient 4th Engineer to join our operations team. The 4th Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of various engineering systems within our BPO facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless functioning of our infrastructure that supports our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve system malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of new engineering projects and upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to BPO operations during maintenance activities.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
