Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 4th Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of our power generation facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and foundational understanding of engineering principles to contribute to operational excellence and project support. This position is well-suited for individuals with 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a keen interest in the power sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of power plant operational data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations related to plant performance and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and best practices relevant to the power industry.
- Manage and organize technical documentation and records.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors as required.
