Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented 4th Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support various engineering and administrative functions within the production department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules.
Prepare and analyze production reports, cost sheets, and other financial documentation related to manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, material usage, and production output.
Support in the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in budget tracking and financial analysis for the engineering department.
