Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative 4th Engineer with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will contribute to product development, process improvement, and innovative solutions within our manufacturing and production division. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and creative design thinking to address complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative engineering solutions, focusing on user-centricity and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, R&D) to translate design concepts into functional prototypes and products.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify design opportunities and user needs.
Create detailed design documentation, including CAD models, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
Optimize existing manufacturing processes and product designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs and product iterations.
Present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in the manufacturing sector.
