Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 5th Engineer / Technical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities within the contract research and manufacturing services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing operations to identify and resolve issues impacting yield, quality, or efficiency.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with cGMP, safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Participate in process validation activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
