Role Summary:
We are seeking a 5th Engineer / Technical Manufacturing Engineer (TME) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The TME will be responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency in our production facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Monitor production performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support to production teams.
Participate in quality control initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
