We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept 5th Engineer / Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge software products and our target audience, providing technical expertise, creating compelling content, and supporting product launches. This role is crucial for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product improvements and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Zoho's product suite and its underlying technology.
• Create and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Produce high-quality technical content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and API documentation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, answering complex customer queries and assisting in the sales cycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to Zoho's product portfolio.
