5th Engineer / TME - Pulp & Paper (Mangalore)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 5th Engineer / TME with a B.Pharma background to join our Pulp & Paper manufacturing unit in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in the industrial sector. The role involves assisting in the operational efficiency and technical management of our plant, with a focus on process control and quality assurance. You will work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of paper manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers in monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure optimal output and quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in regular plant inspections and safety audits.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and prepare reports on production efficiency and quality parameters.
- Learn and apply principles of chemical engineering and process technology in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
