Role Summary:
Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Coordinator to manage and enhance its internal training and development programs. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and the evolving needs of the automotive sector. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive academic and training calendars in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics of all training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage relationships with external training providers, academic institutions, and subject matter experts.
- Coordinate the development and updating of training materials, curriculum, and assessment tools.
- Track participant progress, gather feedback, and prepare reports on training effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant academic and corporate policies.
- Facilitate communication between trainees, trainers, and management.
- Maintain accurate records of all academic activities and employee development.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by organizing relevant training modules.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
