Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of experience to support our internal training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. This role involves managing educational resources, coordinating learning activities, and facilitating a positive learning environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic programs and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, including scheduling, venue booking, and material distribution.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support to ensure successful completion of programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and program outcomes.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training content and delivery methods.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, participants, and stakeholders regarding program details and updates.
