Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Academic Coordinator to support our management consulting practice. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to gain exposure in a dynamic consulting environment. You will be instrumental in facilitating learning and development initiatives, managing training programs, and ensuring smooth operational execution of academic activities within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning events for consultants.
- Manage logistics for academic programs, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication.
- Assist in the development and curation of learning content and resources.
- Track participant progress, gather feedback, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Support senior consultants and trainers in delivering high-quality educational experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of all academic activities and employee development.
- Liaise with external training providers and academic institutions as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's learning and development strategy.
