Role Summary:
As an Academic Umpire at BYJU'S, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fairness, adherence to academic integrity, and smooth conduct of various academic assessments and competitions conducted by the company. You will be responsible for upholding the rules and regulations, resolving disputes, and maintaining a neutral stance during evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the conduct of academic competitions, quizzes, and assessments.
Interpret and enforce competition rules and guidelines impartially.
Resolve any disputes or disagreements that arise during assessments or competitions.
Ensure a fair and equitable environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with participants, organizers, and evaluators.
Maintain accurate records of decisions and outcomes.
Provide feedback on the conduct of events and suggest improvements.
Uphold the principles of academic integrity and ethical conduct.
