Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a range of fashion accessories that align with our brand aesthetic and market trends. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and a passion for Indian craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design innovative accessories, including jewelry, bags, scarves, and other fashion items.
Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.
Research current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Select appropriate materials, fabrics, colors, and embellishments.
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams.
Oversee the sampling and prototyping process, ensuring designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders.
Ensure designs are commercially viable and align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
