Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a range of plastic and rubber-based accessories that align with our brand identity and market trends. This role involves working closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring designs from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative accessories using plastics and rubber materials.
- Develop detailed design specifications, including dimensions, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Create 2D sketches, 3D models, and prototypes for design review and client presentations.
- Collaborate with material scientists and engineers to select appropriate polymers and rubber compounds.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, material innovations, and competitor activities.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality control.
