Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a range of accessories that align with our brand identity and cater to the needs of our corporate clients in the analytics and KPO sector. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and an understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design innovative and aesthetically appealing accessories, including but not limited to bags, stationery, tech gadgets, and corporate gifting items.
Develop detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models using relevant software.
Collaborate with product development teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Research current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform design decisions.
Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes based on design requirements and cost considerations.
Create mood boards and presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Oversee the prototyping and sampling process, providing feedback for revisions.
Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
