Accessory Designer (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Accessory Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong understanding of design principles and technical proficiency, honed through an MCA degree, to conceptualize and develop innovative packaging accessories that enhance product appeal and functionality. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design innovative and functional packaging accessories (e.g., closures, dispensers, inserts, handles) that align with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Translate product requirements and creative briefs into compelling 3D designs and prototypes.

Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino) for detailed design development, 3D modeling, and renderings.

Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.

Create technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.

Conduct material research and recommend appropriate materials for accessory components, considering factors like durability, sustainability, and cost.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor innovations in packaging accessory design.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and benefits.
