Accessory Designer - B.A Professionals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing unique accessories that align with the overall theme and branding of our live entertainment and event projects. This role requires a strong understanding of current trends, material sourcing, and the ability to translate creative ideas into tangible, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of accessories, including but not limited to headwear, jewelry, props, and costume embellishments for performers and event aesthetics.
- Develop detailed design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for all accessory concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the creative directors, costume designers, and event production teams to ensure accessory designs complement the overall vision and theme.
- Source and select appropriate materials, fabrics, and embellishments, considering quality, cost, and availability within the Indian market.
- Oversee the prototyping and production process, ensuring designs are executed accurately and to a high standard.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, cultural influences, and emerging accessory design techniques relevant to the events and live entertainment industry.
- Manage accessory budgets and timelines effectively.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of design resources and supplier contacts.
