Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Nasik. As an Accessory Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative and functional accessories that align with our brand identity and operational needs. This role requires a strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and a passion for creating practical yet stylish solutions for the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design a range of accessories, including but not limited to, uniform embellishments, safety gear components, travel kits, and operational tools, ensuring they are practical, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software.
Collaborate closely with product development, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet functional requirements, cost targets, and brand guidelines.
Research and select appropriate materials, considering factors like durability, cost, sustainability, and user comfort.
Oversee prototyping and sample development, providing feedback to manufacturers and ensuring quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest trends in accessory design, material innovation, and manufacturing technologies within the logistics and corporate wear sectors.
Prepare design presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.
