Account Manager - Medical Devices (Non-Voice)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts in the medical devices and equipment sector. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our product portfolio.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics).
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to client needs.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the medical devices and equipment industry is a significant advantage.
