Account Manager - Voice / Blended

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within their assigned accounts. This role will involve both voice-based communication and blended interaction methods to effectively serve our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
