Account / Relationship Management - Voice / Blended

Role Summary: The Account / Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key corporate clients in the consumer electronics and appliances sector. This role involves both voice and blended communication channels to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth of business. You will act as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for all client queries, issues, and requests.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to offer relevant product and service solutions.
• Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Effectively manage client communication through voice calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product development) to ensure client success.
• Monitor client account health and proactively address any potential issues.
• Achieve and exceed assigned targets for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, activities, and opportunities.
