Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account / Relationship Manager with a background in B.Pharma to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth within the agriculture sector. You will leverage your understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and client needs to provide tailored solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients in the agriculture sector.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Understand client needs and challenges, translating them into actionable solutions and recommendations, leveraging your B.Pharma knowledge where applicable.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product development) to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Achieve and exceed assigned targets for client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor information relevant to the agriculture and pharmaceutical sectors.
