We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account / Relationship Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Blue Dart's service offerings.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client performance and provide reports on key metrics.
• Contribute to achieving team and company sales and service targets.
