Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account / Relationship Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role involves managing client relationships through voice and blended communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within the packaging and containers industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Proactively manage client expectations and provide regular updates on service status.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients.
