Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountancy Teacher with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team at IRCTC in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting foundational knowledge in accountancy principles and practices to our employees, fostering a strong understanding of financial concepts relevant to the corporate and railway sector. This role requires innovative teaching methodologies that leverage design thinking principles to make complex accounting topics accessible and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on core accountancy subjects, including financial accounting, management accounting, and cost accounting.

Design visually appealing and interactive learning materials, presentations, and case studies, incorporating principles of design thinking to enhance comprehension.

Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.

Adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and experience levels of employees.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting, and integrate them into the curriculum.

Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to identify training needs and tailor accountancy programs accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
