Accountancy Teacher

Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountancy Teacher to join our training and development division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accountancy principles and practices to our employees, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical application relevant to the engineering and construction industry. This role is crucial in ensuring our workforce is well-versed in financial reporting, cost accounting, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans on various accountancy topics including financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Create engaging learning materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments tailored to the needs of employees in the engineering and construction sector.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices in India and internationally.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and practical exercises.
- Address student queries and provide individual support to ensure understanding.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to identify training needs and customize course content.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and training outcomes.
