Role Summary:

This role is crucial in ensuring our workforce is well-versed in financial reporting, cost accounting, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans on various accountancy topics including financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Create engaging learning materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments tailored to the needs of employees in the engineering and construction sector.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices in India and internationally.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and practical exercises.
- Address student queries and provide individual support to ensure understanding.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to identify training needs and customize course content.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and training outcomes.
