Accountancy Teacher - Bangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Accountancy Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our Learning and Development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting education and training to our employees, particularly those entering or working within our emerging technology divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on various accounting topics, including financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, and corporate finance.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments tailored to the needs of employees in an emerging technologies environment.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and discussions to enhance employee understanding and application of accounting principles.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, and performance feedback, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and integrate them into training content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and departmental heads to identify training needs and customize curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.
