Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accountancy Teacher with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves developing and delivering engaging training modules on accountancy principles and practices within the Business Process Management (BPM) domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and pedagogical skills to create innovative learning experiences for new and existing employees, focusing on practical application and industry relevance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, interactive exercises, and assessments, related to accountancy concepts relevant to BPM.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees with varying levels of accounting knowledge.
- Utilize design principles and methodologies to create visually appealing and user-friendly learning content.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to enhance understanding and application of accounting principles in a BPM context.
- Assess trainee progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and curriculum.
