Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a 12th Pass individual looking to build a career in accounting within the dynamic clinical research industry. You will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger entries and daily bookkeeping.
- Support in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Help in bank reconciliations and preparation of bank deposit slips.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Handle petty cash management and related documentation.
- Support with data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team on various accounting projects as needed.
