Accountant / Accounts Executive - Architecture / Interior Design Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to the architecture and interior design industry. This role involves supporting the accounting department with daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle vendor and customer inquiries, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations (GST, TDS).
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
- Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
