Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance department in various analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting department.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
