Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting & Taxation professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, managing financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization within the Indian entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, TDS returns, and other applicable tax filings accurately and on time.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and relevant corporate laws.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Reconcile inter-company transactions and ensure accuracy in consolidated financial reporting.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services.
