Accounts Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic telecom/ISP startup. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Assist with basic financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting regulations.
