Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our financial accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting systems, managing financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws in India.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Provide financial insights and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
