The Accounts Manager will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with daily tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial record-keeping, and assisting with various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost tracking within the jewellery segment.
• Help in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
