Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be eager to contribute to the financial health of our Sports & Leisure division. This role is perfect for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Participate in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Help in the preparation of various financial reports and analyses.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business operations.
- Gain exposure to tax compliance and audit procedures.
- Learn and apply accounting software and ERP systems.
