Accounts Payable Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices.

Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).

Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure it is up-to-date.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.

Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
